Exchanges - only within the US. International sales are final. if you are sending a product back within the US to exchange for a different size, style, or color then email us at
swellophonic@chane.com and we will send you a UPS label
at our cost to ship the item back to us. Once we have received the returned item, we will ship the new item to you.
Returns - if you do not want the item and aren’t exchanging it then please ship the item back and we will credit back the cost of the item, but can not exchange the shipping costs.
